Exchange rates will fluctuate along with qualifying purchases that are available for Creekbuck exchanges. The Walnut Creek Creekbucks are not legal tender and have no cash value. We may limit the number of Creekbucks during any exchange without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit the usage of Creekbucks at anytime for any reason. The exchange rate posted at the time of usage will dictate the current PAR value! We also reserve the right to devalue the amount to 0 exchange rate at any time.
